Effective Sunday, May 22, 2005, CME® Globex® Options RLC format market data will be segregated onto Channel 6 of the Market Data Network (MDN).  At that time, Channel 4 will be redefined to transmit only CME Globex Futures RLC format market data.   This change is being made to provide increased scalability and flexibility for the processing of RLC – formatted options contracts.

RLC Market Data users were provided their User IDs and passwords for the new Channel 6 some time ago.  If you have misplaced this information, please contact us and we will resend that information to you.

RLC format options market data is currently being transmitted over Channel 6.  Users are encouraged to log on, at your convenience, to test retrieval of this data, any time between now and Saturday, May 21, 2005.

On Saturday, May 21^st, 2005, we will schedule a final test, replaying actual futures messages over Channel 4 and options messages over Channel 6 of the Market Data Network.  We will inform you of the timing of this final test as soon as it has been determined.
